instrumentPurpose:
HG-ZG series vacuum drying ovenSuitable for laboratories in industrial and mining enterprises, colleges, research institutes, and other units to dry, sterilize, and heat treat items under vacuum conditions. The vacuum drying oven is designed specifically for drying heat sensitive, easily decomposable, and oxidizable substances. It can be filled with inert gas inside, especially for items with complex components that can be quickly dried.
instrumentcharacteristic:
1. Rectangular Studio, maximizes effective volume, intelligent temperature controller
2. Tempered and bulletproof glass doors allow for easy observation of items inside the studio.
3. The tightness of the box door closure can be adjusted, and the silicone rubber door sealing ring formed as a whole ensures high vacuum inside the box.
4. The studio uses cold-rolled steel plates or stainless steel plates, which are durable and long-lasting.
5. Can lower the drying temperature (low pressure, low temperature).
6. Avoid heating certain items to prevent oxidation.
7. Avoid heating the air to kill biological cells.
8. Dust free particle damage.

Structure Overview:
The vacuum drying oven has a horizontal shape, and the workshop material is made of stainless steel or high-quality steel plate, with a square shape. The box is made of 08F high-quality steel plate spray coated with ultra-fine glass wool filling the middle insulation layer. The box door adopts a double-layer glass door, with an inner layer of tempered glass of 12mm or more and an outer layer of bulletproof glass or organic glass. A heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring is molded between the studio and the outer door to ensure the sealing between the box door and the studio, greatly improving the vacuum degree of the box body. The 6050 and 6051 shelves each use two aluminum alloy plates with good thermal conductivity, the 6020 shelf uses one stainless steel plate (stainless steel mesh plate), and the 6021 shelf uses one galvanized plate (galvanized mesh plate). The heater of the vacuum drying oven is directly placed at the bottom of the working chamber using an electric heating tube. All control components, instruments, valves, and handles are installed on the left panel of the box for easy use. The temperature control instrument sets and displays temperature in digital format, with tracking and alarm functions, and has the advantages of accurate temperature control and high precision.
Installation and debugging:
1. Installation: The vacuum drying oven should be placed indoors with good ventilation and no strong vibration. Flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around it.
2. Debugging:
(1) Close the box door and tighten the handle, close the vent valve, and open the vacuum valve.
(2) Connect the air guide tube on the side of the vacuum drying oven to the vacuum pump through a vacuum rubber tube, turn on the power supply of the vacuum pump, and start pumping. When the vacuum gauge reading reaches -0.1M Pa, turn off the vacuum pump and power supply. At this time, the oven is in a vacuum state. If there is no heating requirement, the debugging of the vacuum drying oven is complete.
(3) If the set temperature is 120 ℃, the heating indicator light will turn on and enter the heating and warming state. When the displayed temperature approaches the set temperature, the heating indicator light will flash on and off repeatedly, and the temperature control will enter the constant temperature state. The vacuum drying oven will work normally.
Usage:
1. Place the items that need to be dried into a vacuum drying oven, close the oven door, close the vent valve, open the vacuum valve, connect the power supply of the vacuum pump to start pumping, and when the vacuum degree inside the oven reaches -0.1M Pa, close the vacuum valve and then turn off the power supply of the vacuum pump.
2. Turn the power switch of the vacuum drying oven to the "on" position, select the desired set temperature, and the temperature inside the oven will start to rise. When the temperature inside the oven approaches the set temperature, the heating indicator light will flash on and off repeatedly. Generally, it can enter a constant temperature state within 120 minutes.
3. When the required working temperature is low, a secondary setting method can be used. For example, if the required temperature is 60 ℃, the first setting can be 50 ℃. After the temperature overshoot begins to fall, the second setting can be 60 ℃. This can reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon of temperature overshoot and quickly enter a constant temperature state. (Please refer to the "Nine" operation below for usage).
4. According to the humidity level of different items, choose different drying times. If the drying time is long and the vacuum degree decreases, it is necessary to evacuate again to restore the vacuum degree. The vacuum pump power should be turned on first, and then the vacuum valve should be turned on.
5. After drying, the power supply of the drying oven should be turned off first, the vent valve should be opened, the vacuum state inside the oven should be released, and then the oven door should be opened to remove the items. (After releasing the vacuum, if the sealing ring is tightly attached to the glass door and deformed, it is not easy to open the box door immediately. After a period of time, it is convenient to open the box door only after the sealing ring returns to its original shape.)
matters needing attention:
1. The outer shell of the vacuum box must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
2. When the vacuum box does not require continuous pumping, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the power supply of the vacuum pump should be turned off, otherwise the vacuum pump oil should be poured back into the box.
3. Remove the processed item and tear it. If flammable items are being processed, they must be cooled to below the ignition point before being placed in air to prevent oxidation reactions from causing combustion.
4. Vacuum boxes without explosion-proof devices are not allowed to dry explosive materials.
5. It is best to cross a filter between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent moisture from entering the vacuum pump.
6. Do not open the side door unless necessary to avoid damaging the electrical system.
Maintenance:
1. The vacuum box should be kept clean regularly, and the door glass should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth. Do not use reactive chemical solvents to wipe, in order to avoid chemical reactions and scratches on the glass.
2. If the vacuum box is not used for a long time, neutral grease or Vaseline should be applied to the plated parts to prevent corrosion, and a plastic film dust cover should be put on it to prevent it from being damp and affecting the use in a dry room.
